Marine Hardware 1" Custom Prop Shaft & 4" Borg Warner Coupler

When replacing a shaft, we recommend replacement with a factory-assembled shaft - coupler set. Marine Hardware assemblies are precision bored, honed, faced, straightened, and balanced to ensure concentricity and reduce vibration and shaft whip. Materials are the highest quality available in the industry, and all machining meets or exceeds ABYC standards. Our assemblies are shipped complete with all keys, nuts, and cotter pin.

Please follow the directions on how to measure the shaft length in the attached photos. This is a cut-to-length, special-order item made to your specifications. No returns are accepted on this item. Please expect 3-4 business days prior to shipping for the cutting /assembly of the shaft.

When measuring assembled length, make sure to measure from the face of the coupler flange (seated all the way on the shaft) to the end of the shaft as depicted in the photo. Do not guess or try to measure the shaft while still in the boat as it will result in an inaccurate measurement.

Pricing is good for shafting up to 55" inches, Over that there will be an additional charge for the shaft & shipping that will be calculated before shipping.
