Installed on Malibu Boats equipped with a Morse throttle control, this sensor is mounted on the backside of the Morse throttle control and tells the engine what position the throttle is in. 397020 will only work on 8.1L engines.

- Only works with fly by wire 8.1L Engines.
- Does not work on ZF Command Controls, the pedal position sensor is not serviceable on that unit.
- Do Not Over-tighten screws when mounting. Torque to 1 in. pound using blue loc-tite on threads
