Malibu Boats Replacement Keyless Gas Cap Only
Malibu Boats keyless replacement stainless steel keyless gas cap. Fits on Malibu's 2000-2013 equipped with a keyless stainless steel gas cap excluding some Malibu Sportster's. In 2005 Malibu did use a different vendor, parts look identical but the fuel neck is different which does not allow the gas cap to seat all the way down. The only fix for this is to replace it with a complete assembly (Malibu part#3012001)

Malibu Gas Cap Measurements:
- Cap includes new solid wire chain & cap O-ring
- Diameter: 3 1/2" inches
- Threaded diameter: 1 3/4" inches
- OD threaded: 1 13/16" inches
- PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to lubricate the o-ring with dielectric grease prior to installation to avoid damaging the o-ring.
