BakesOnline.com Shipping Information
Shipping:
UPS Ground shipments generally will arrive within 1 to 7 business days of purchase date, depending on your location. 3 Day Select shipments will arrive within three business days, 2nd Day Air shipments will arrive within two business days, and Next Day Air shipments will arrive the following business day. All faster shipping options will incur an additional fee.
BakesOnline.com is currently only selling and shipping product in the United States.
Special products may be eligible to receive free UPS Ground shipping (Lower 48 states) Free shipping may not apply to closeout and sale items.
*Special Note: Any products over 35lbs. or exceeds standard shipping requirements that has to be sent via private freight will have an additional oversize shipping charge. This charge will not be shown here, but will be charged to your account.
Shipping Discrepancies:
Notify us immediately with any errors in your shipment (ie. wrong zip code, transposed numbers, etc.), so that we can handle the problem as soon as possible. Report your shipping error to sales@bakesonline.com so that we can make the proper corrections and get your package to you as fast as possible.
BakesOnline.com Return Information:
Return Policy:
Within 30 days of a purchase, BakesOnline.com will refund, exchange, or credit unused merchandise. The original shipping and handling fees, however, will not be refunded. Discount and closeout merchandise is not included in this return policy. Apparel returns, including shoes, clothing and eyewear will not be accepted if they have been used or worn. No returns will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D., shipping must be prepaid. All returns must have a return authorization (RA) processed in order to be accepted. To obtain your RA# contact BakesOnline.com at sales@bakesonline.com or 425-392-8595. After the 30 day return period has expired, BakesOnline.com retains full discretion in granting refunds, exchanges, or credit requests. Returns that qualify for a refund will entitle the purchaser to a credit for the appropriate amount. Credits will only be issued to the same credit card account that was charged at the time of the initial purchase minus the original shipping fee.
The following must apply for returns to be accepted:
- Merchandise must be returned in original condition.
- As stated above, merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date purchased.
- Any custom manufactured purchases including wakeboard towers, bimini tops, boat covers and any other custom merchandise sales are final and may not be refunded.
- An RA# must be obtained from Bakes Online by contacting us at sales@bakesonline.com or by calling 425-392-8595.
Special Notes:
All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. In the case that a product breaks or is defective, contact Bakes Online to receive a return authorization number, send back the product packed well with the return authorization number written on the box. Do NOT write or mark on the original product packaging in any way. Mark the RA# clearly on the outside packaging.
